Join Deliveroo's Support Finance & Strategy team as a Manager to own the financial models, analytics, and planning processes that drive global support operations. You'll partner closely with Support Operations leadership, Workforce Management, and Strategy & Operations teams to translate operational reality into financial outcomes and enable faster, smarter decision-making. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining cost models across regions with robust methodology and clear documentation; leading weekly and monthly performance reviews (e.g., WBRs) by synthesizing Support OKRs, financials, and operations metrics into actionable insights for leadership; partnering with Support Operations and Workforce Management to build and back-test capacity, scheduling, and cost plans; designing and maintaining allocation keys and cost attribution logic to fairly reflect support economics across local, shared service center, and outsourced models; and running deep-dive variance analyses against budget to identify root causes, distinguish structural from one-off effects, and quantify the impact of actions or policy changes. You'll need 5+ years of experience in finance, strategy, analytics, or similar roles, ideally in operations-heavy or customer support environments (investment banking background preferred). Strong analytical and modeling skills in Excel/Sheets are essential, including comfort with complex formulas, driver-based models, and scenario analysis. Experience with BI tools, SQL, Looker, or Snowflake is a plus. You should have a proven track record of translating data into clear stories and recommendations for senior stakeholders through both written materials and live presentations. Cross-functional partnership experience with Operations, Workforce Management, Product, and Regional Finance teams is important, as is the ability to balance short-term problem-solving with long-term improvements. You'll thrive in ambiguous situations with incomplete data, structuring problems, making reasonable assumptions, and iterating quickly as better information emerges. Deliveroo is a technology-driven marketplace connecting consumers, restaurants, shops, and riders. The company operates at the forefront of rapid industry expansion, moving fast with a culture that values autonomy, ownership, and fresh ideas. You'll be part of a small, high-impact team tackling interesting problems at scale.
