As Finance & Strategy Manager, you will own the business planning process and serve as a strategic partner to product and regional leadership. Your core responsibilities include leading monthly reviews, forecasts, and annual budgeting cycles; building and maintaining financial forecast models with scenario and ad-hoc analysis capabilities; developing frameworks that surface revenue and margin insights across countries, customer segments, and products; and driving measurable growth and profitability initiatives including pricing strategy, margin optimization, and new feature/region assessment.
You will need 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting at a top-tier firm. Strong quantitative and technical skills are essential: complex financial modeling, data analysis using SQL, Excel, or Python, and deep working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards. You should understand the logic behind financial models and project based on business drivers rather than trends. A degree from a top university in finance or economics is required, along with a track record of delivering results in cross-functional, high-performance environments and excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience in a similar role at a fast-growing fintech or tech scale-up, CFA or relevant industry certifications, and an MBA from a top-tier university.
