Salary: GBP 240,000 - 240,000 / annual

Anthropic is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the EMEA Go-To-Market Finance & Strategy team. This is a senior individual contributor role supporting the company's European expansion and GTM operations. You will serve as a key financial partner to EMEA go-to-market teams, providing strategic financial expertise and guidance to support critical business decisions. Your responsibilities include: • Deliver expert financial guidance and recommendations to GTM stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation, leveraging deep understanding of company financials • Partner cross-functionally to drive financial analysis, build robust financial models, and recommend business decisions across revenue goals, sales capacity planning, deal desk operations, and strategic initiatives • Prepare and deliver clear, insightful financial reports, analyses, and forecasts that highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities for stakeholders and executives • Collaborate with strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting teams to align go-to-market strategies with broader financial considerations Required qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, business partnering, consulting, investment banking, or related fields • Demonstrated experience supporting or building finance functions in international or EMEA markets • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and develop robust financial models • Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort presenting financial information to non-finance audiences and senior leadership • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning in high-growth environments • Familiarity with multi-entity, multi-currency financial environments and EMEA regulatory/statutory considerations • Bias toward action, strong work ethic, and ability to drive outcomes under tight timelines • Passion for Anthropic's mission to build safe, transformative AI systems Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience in a relevant field. The company offers visa sponsorship and maintains a hybrid policy requiring staff in offices at least 25% of the time.
