Revolut is seeking a Finance Services Manager to support local treasury and settlement operations in Argentina, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of day-to-day financial activities for a global fintech platform serving 75+ million customers.
In this role, you will own critical settlement and treasury functions including: ensuring timely settlement of treasury transactions and investigating reconciliation breaks; partnering with the Treasury team on cash projections and funding models for new product launches; managing liquidity across accounts to meet funding requirements; ensuring trades are booked, processed, and executed correctly; monitoring cash positions across entity and Nostro accounts via SWIFT; and managing payments and securities movements through local Argentine market infrastructure (BCRA MEP, CRYL, A3 Mercados, COELSA, Caja de Valores).
You will need 2+ years of experience in settlements, treasury operations, or banking back office roles at a financial institution in Argentina, with direct operational experience preparing and monitoring payments via BCRA MEP and local clearing house payment processing. Strong technical skills are essential: proficiency in SWIFT messaging (MT103, MT202, MT535, MT540–MT599), advanced Excel/Sheets capabilities, and understanding of maker-checker controls. You should have solid knowledge of cash position monitoring, treasury reconciliation, and trade confirmation processes, plus fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience settling trades on A3 Mercados, familiarity with treasury management systems (Orchestrade, Murex, Calypso), practical knowledge of CRYL and Caja de Valores operations including securities custody and DvP settlement, experience with treasury products (call money, interbank deposits, bonds) or Nostro reconciliation, and understanding of BCRA regulatory reporting requirements (Efectivo Mínimo, RPC).
