Coupa Software is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to join a newly formed global team supporting the company's reseller program and partner ecosystem. In this role, you will consolidate existing partner billing and usage activities, manage monthly and quarterly partner payments, and oversee transactional revenue reconciliation across all partner relationships.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Consolidating partner billing and usage data from current stakeholders into a unified system
- Supporting the creation and execution of a new partner reseller selling motion
- Managing partner payment processing and reconciliation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure alignment
- Maintaining and updating gainshare reporting scripts to reflect current contract terms and new agreements
- Supporting future acquisitions and net new partner engagements
- Ensuring accurate, automated reporting for internal teams and external partners
The ideal candidate brings a finance background with strong attention to detail and process accuracy. Experience with SQL, automated reporting tools, and data analysis is highly valued. You should be comfortable working cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams while managing complex reporting responsibilities for multiple third-party partners and external customers.
