Revolut is a fintech powerhouse serving 75+ million customers globally with products spanning spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel. The Finance team drives clarity and confidence across the organization, managing risk, guiding strategic decisions, and enabling growth.
You'll join as a Finance Manager reporting to the Group Financial Controller, with responsibility for Revolut's TechCo entities—non-operating branches and subsidiaries of Revolut Ltd. This is a hands-on role blending operational accounting with strategic financial oversight.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the monthly accounting close process and bookkeeping
- Overseeing month-on-month GL movements and account reconciliations
- Collaborating with the global Tax team on VAT and CIT filings
- Managing local audits and taxation compliance
- Supporting the launch of new branches
- Overseeing accounting vendors and relationships
- Serving as the primary point of contact for finance-related matters across TechCo entities
- Leading automation and process improvement initiatives
- Enhancing efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through automation and control measures
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years in a related finance role (4+ if you hold an accounting qualification)
- Fluency in English
- Experience as an external auditor in financial services, or as a financial controller/accountant in a large organization
- Strong knowledge of European direct and indirect tax regulations
- Solid understanding of IFRS standards application
Nice-to-have skills:
- Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc.)
- Big 4 experience or financial control background in fintech/banking
- Prior experience managing similar entities
- SQL proficiency for analysis and reporting
- NetSuite familiarity
