Salary: USD 81,000 - 99,500 / annual

Lighthouse is a rapidly scaling AI-powered commercial intelligence platform for the hospitality industry, backed by $370M in Series C funding with over $100M ARR. The company serves tens of thousands of hotels globally, including all top 15global chains. You will join the Finance Operations team as a Finance & Client Operations Partner, supporting complex customer billing and subscription operations. This role sits at the intersection of finance, client operations, and cross-functional collaboration, requiring someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable making independent decisions in a fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities include: **Customer Account & Subscription Management**: Oversee and maintain complex customer accounts and subscriptions with high accuracy. Manage updates across billing workflows, especially for non-standard structures or customer-specific needs. Act as a trusted operational partner resolving account issues efficiently while maintaining a customer-centric mindset. Make independent calls when situations demand it. **Sales Contract Processing & Invoice Execution**: Process complex sales contracts and deals in accordance with policies, timelines, and internal controls. Review deal details carefully and coordinate proactively with Account Managers to clarify requirements. Customize invoices to reflect customer preferences and agreed-upon billing structures. Anticipate billing risks early and take preventive action, using good judgment to move forward even with incomplete information. **Escalation Ownership & Operational Improvement**: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex billing issues and escalations, driving timely resolution and clear communication. Prioritize tasks based on business impact, balancing urgency, accuracy, and customer experience. Partner cross-functionally to identify process enhancement, standardization, and automation opportunities. Provide structured recommendations that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency. Support onboarding of new team members by sharing knowledge and acting as a resource. The Finance Operations function plays a critical role in supporting a fast-moving, global business with operational rigor and customer focus, sitting close to the commercial engine of the company.
