Coframe is building adaptive, personalized user and agent interfaces. The company is revenue-generating, rapidly growing, and backed by Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman (Android founder), and others. The team is small and talent-dense, including competitive programmers, former founders, and AI researchers from top institutions. You will be Coframe's first operations leader, owning finance and business operations while working closely with the CEO, go-to-market, talent, and customer-facing teams. You'll oversee accounting and build the processes connecting sales, contracting, billing, collections, and reporting. Key responsibilities span three areas: Finance and Accounting: Own the monthly close, AP/AR, billing, and collections. Establish revenue recognition practices and financial controls for a software and services business with enterprise contracts. Manage cash, banking, and treasury operations. Coordinate tax, entity, and corporate compliance across US and international entities with outside specialists. Build financial reporting for leadership and the board, and support budgeting, forecasting, and audit readiness. Revenue and Business Operations: Own and improve processes connecting sales, contracting, invoicing, collections, renewals, and expansion. Run contract operations and deal desk, including order forms, approvals, and handoffs from signed deal to billing. Build reliable reporting on core SaaS metrics (ARR, pipeline, renewals, expansion, revenue performance). Partner with Sales and Customer Success on revenue forecasting, commission plans, partner payments, and operational details of enterprise relationships. Improve data quality and process consistency across CRM, billing, finance, and reporting systems. Take point on high-priority cross-functional initiatives. Company Operations: Partner with the People team on office and facilities operations, oversee company vendors and insurance, support board and governance processes, manage relationships with outside counsel and advisors, and coordinate customer security, compliance, and vendor review processes. You'll be the person who notices when a deal stalls between signature and billing, a renewal needs an owner, or a critical process has no clear handoff—then brings the right people together to fix it. You'll own the details while building systems that prevent recurring issues. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience across finance, accounting, business operations, or revenue operations, including experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company - Strong accounting foundations, including experience with revenue recognition, the monthly close, and financial controls - Working understanding of recurring revenue models, quote-to-cash processes, and SaaS metrics (ARR, renewals, expansion) - Experience overseeing accounting work and external partners, with judgment to review their work and remain accountable for outcomes - Strong analytical and systems skills, including building dependable forecasts, reports, and operating dashboards - Experience improving workflows across CRM, billing, and finance systems - Builder's mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work across functions and earn trust of senior leaders - Bonus: Experience with enterprise deal desk or sales operations, or a CPA
