Salary: USD 94,000 - 108,000 / annual
Acorns is seeking a Finance Analyst to enable strategic and financial decision-making across the organization. You will work directly with senior leadership in Finance and cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, legal, and operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop deep understanding of Acorns' product, business model, and financial outlook
- Provide monthly business insights to product managers and department leaders
- Support short- and long-term financial planning, financial reporting, and KPI variance analysis
- Drive key strategic initiatives
- Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate financial models including annual budgets, forecasts, and consolidated cash flows
- Build KPI frameworks and analyze product line performance
- Support high-impact decisions including go-to-market strategy, partnership negotiations, and potential M&A
- Create clear presentations to articulate findings to stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or another quantitative field
- One or more years of relevant industry experience with financial modeling (e.g., investment banking, private equity, corporate finance)
- Highly analytical mindset with ability to execute complex financial modeling, analyze raw data, and draw clear conclusions
- High degree of organization, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Team-player mindset with desire to be hands-on in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
