SumUp is seeking a Field Sales Territory Manager to build and lead a successful field sales team in Stockholm. This role combines active sales leadership with hands-on field work, ideal for someone who wants to develop people while driving revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field sales representatives
- Work closely with the team in the field, participate in customer meetings, and support the sales process
- Own the team's sales targets, performance, and results
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategy based on local market insights
- Build the team and support new hires in collaboration with recruitment and sales coaching functions
You will combine leadership with active selling, working directly with customers and your team to help local businesses find smarter payment solutions. The role offers autonomy, responsibility for team growth, and the opportunity to influence local market expansion with support from an international fintech company.
