Salary: USD 50,000 - 65,000 / annual
Booksy is a global platform empowering entrepreneurs in the beauty and wellness industry to build successful businesses. As a Field Sales Representative based in Kissimmee, you will be the face of Booksy in the region, driving adoption of our innovative SaaS solutions among small beauty businesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Expanding Booksy's footprint in South Florida by identifying and engaging small business prospects in the beauty industry
- Building lasting relationships through face-to-face interactions and consultative selling
- Managing a sales pipeline using cold calls, walk-ins, and social media outreach to develop your book of business
- Conducting product demonstrations and educating clients on app features to ensure their long-term success
- Attending industry events and serving as an ambassador for Booksy's values and vision
- Utilizing Salesforce to organize your sales process and manage pipeline activities
The role offers flexibility with remote work options and a home office setup, though you must be based in the Kissimmee area with access to a vehicle for client visits. You'll work in a rapidly scaling, dynamic environment where initiative and self-direction are essential.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of prior field sales experience
- Must be located in the Kissimmee area with access to a vehicle for client visits
- Fluency in Spanish (required)
- Results-driven attitude with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Preferred: experience in the beauty industry, SaaS/technology sales, working with small business clients, and Salesforce proficiency
