Align stakeholders around priorities, execution plans, critical milestones, and urgent decisions. **Equipment & Logistics**: Support equipment planning and operational readiness. Work closely with Logistics and Procurement to ensure efficient deployment. Help define equipment kits, operational configurations, beta versions, and new operational methods. **Planning & Discovery**: Participate in project planning and site discovery understanding stakeholder needs. Define operational requirements before execution (RTK providers, connectivity, regulations). Evaluate new workflows and recommend improvements.
