Anthropic is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for Tech Partnerships to own comarketing relationships with strategic technology partners, starting with Salesforce and expanding to a growing roster of enterprise platform partners integrating Claude AI.
In this role, you will serve as the single marketing point of contact for each partner's marketing organization, building and executing joint marketing plans, managing shared marketing development funds (MDF), and transforming large partnership agreements into pipeline-generating field programs. You will design and execute flagship joint moments including executive summits at partner events (e.g., Dreamforce), joint customer workshops, partner sales kickoff enablement, and co-hosted executive dinners. You will also extend partner programs through the broader ecosystem, including activations with systems integrators and consulting partners.
Key responsibilities include: owning day-to-day comarketing relationships and serving as the consistent Anthropic marketing voice; building joint marketing plans with agreed goals and success metrics before committing shared funds; managing MDF allocation, spend tracking, compliance, and ROI reporting; designing and executing flagship joint moments and executive-level field programs; extending programs through the broader partner ecosystem; measuring partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with attribution and health scorecards; protecting brand through comarketing guidelines and messaging approvals; and operating as connective tissue across Anthropic teams (Partner Marketing, Business Development, field marketers, Product Marketing, Events, Comms).
You will work in a hybrid model with at least 25% in-office time at either the San Francisco or New York office, though some roles may require more office presence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum qualifications:
- Ownership of a comarketing relationship with a large strategic partner (hyperscaler, major SaaS platform, or equivalent), including joint planning and MDF management

- Strong relationship-building skills: ability to earn trust with partner marketing leaders while holding firm on brand, messaging, and spend
- Comfort building in ambiguity; willingness to write the playbook for this emerging motion
- Rigor on measurement: fluency in pipeline attribution with sales and ops counterparts
Preferred qualifications:
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in field, partner, or alliance marketing at a technology company
- Experience on both sides of a platform partnership (at the platform and at the ISV/partner)
- Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and how enterprises adopt AI products
- Experience running programs at global scale across multiple regions and event series
- Experience working with or marketing through global systems integrators
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience. Field of study should be relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience.
