The platform pairs a federated SIEM with AI agents that detect, investigate, respond, and hunt, plus dedicated threat hunting and threat intelligence capabilities, with humans on the loop.
As Field Marketing Manager, you will execute and scale regional demand generation programs that grow pipeline and revenue for the Dallas region. You will translate marketing strategy into on-the-ground execution: planning and delivering high-impact executive events, roundtables, trade shows, and webinars; developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value prospects; launching integrated multi-channel campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels; and supporting co-marketing initiatives with partners, customers, and industry communities.
Key responsibilities include partnering closely with sales teams to engage target accounts and support deal acceleration; experimenting with AI-driven tools and tactics to personalize outreach and improve campaign performance; tracking and reporting on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI; and managing the full lifecycle of regional marketing programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing in the cybersecurity field
- Experience supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with sales teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution focus
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools in marketing workflows
