Snapdocs powers 20% of all real estate closings in the US by providing workflow software and AI-driven automation that connects lenders, settlement teams, notaries, and investors. The company is backed by Sequoia, Y Combinator, and F-Prime. This is a hands-on field marketing role with broad ownership of programs that create tangible market presence and relationships. You'll own a strong existing events lineup in the mortgage space while building playbooks for expanding event presence, thought-leadership forums, and field motions. You'll also strategize new non-real-estate events to establish credibility and develop relationships in adjacent industries. Key responsibilities include: taking ownership of mortgage-focused events and expanding to new verticals; unifying field marketing strategies into a tiered event strategy across industry, partner, customer, and executive programs; deciding the right level of presence for each program (attendance, sponsorships, booths, speaking, roundtables, dinners, roadshows); running event programs end-to-end from goals and budgeting through on-site execution and follow-up; partnering with Lender and Settlement Sales to connect event plans to target accounts and ensure pipeline conversion; working with Revenue Marketing on pre-event outreach, signal capture, and post-event follow-up; using HubSpot as the system of record for event planning and tracking; and measuring ROI through cost per attendee, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and 30-day post-event impact. You'll need 4+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or go-to-market experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services. A track record of owning events or field programs that contributed to qualified meetings, pipeline, or revenue is essential. Strong project management skills, excellent judgment on event investment, and experience working closely with sales, customers, partners, and executives are critical. Comfort with marketing automation, CRM, and event systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) is required. This is a lean marketing team role with broad ownership. Travel to industry events and customer programs is expected based on event needs. AI proficiency is a core expectation at Snapdocs—you'll use AI as part of day-to-day work with good judgment about where it helps.
