As Field Marketing Manager, you will own a portfolio of field programs and events that drive pipeline and brand presence. You'll report to the Senior Field Marketing Manager and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing Litify-hosted field events (executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, regional roadshows) from ideation through post-event follow-up
- Organizing and leading trade shows and industry conferences, including booth strategy, sponsorship selection, hosted events, and on-site meetings
- Treating every event as a brand activation, partnering with the creative team on booth design, attendee experience, content, and giveaways
- Owning the full program calendar: budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, logistics, invitations, promotion, execution, and ROI measurement
- Driving attendance and pipeline generation through close collaboration with Sales on target markets and account selection
- Supporting partner and customer events as part of broader brand and go-to-market strategy
- Tracking and reporting on event performance (attendance, pipeline influenced, ROI) to inform future strategy
- Collaborating with the full marketing team on pre- and post-event strategy, data analysis, and design
- Traveling to events as needed (approximately 25–30%)
You'll work in a fast-paced environment where you can shape strategy and execution, not just follow a playbook. The role requires someone who is autonomous, driven, and collaborative—someone who sees what needs to happen and takes ownership.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of field or event marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of owning programs end to end, not just executing others' plans
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple events, budgets, and deadlines
- Business-first mindset: start with outcomes, design strategy and experience to deliver them, and push for what moves the business forward
- Comfort working with Sales and senior stakeholders; confidence in front of customers and executives
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and event or marketing automation tools (Splash a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities shift
- Autonomous, driven, and collaborative approach to work
Nice to have:
- Strong eye for brand and design; understanding of what makes events feel premium and memorable
- Experience marketing to legal, professional services, or enterprise audiences
- Customer marketing or community experience
- Experience with executive-level events (general counsels, managing partners, C-suite)
