Vambe is seeking an organized and proactive Field Marketing Coordinator to join the Field Marketing team in Mexico City. This is a hands-on operational role responsible for executing field marketing initiatives from conception through post-event delivery.
You will manage the operational backbone of field marketing activations, including vendor coordination, production, materials, merchandising, logistics, setup, and on-site execution. While the role is operationally intensive, it is designed as a growth opportunity: you will progressively learn how field activations connect to demand generation, pipeline development, and revenue impact, with increasing ownership over projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vendors for production, printing, stands, furniture, transportation, venues, and other activation services
- Request and compare quotes, negotiate terms, and track deliveries
- Maintain and update the vendor directory
- Manage logistics for each initiative: registrations, access, permits, shipments, materials, setup, and teardown
- Administer the Field Marketing warehouse and inventory, tracking materials, assets, and condition
- Manage merchandising production, delivery, and inventory
- Build and maintain operational checklists and project timelines
- Participate in on-site execution and resolve operational needs during events
- Support lead capture and organization from activations
- Ensure timely post-event delivery of materials and databases
- Track expenses, purchase orders, receipts, and invoices by project
- Support the Field Marketing Manager in executing Mexico's calendar while learning CRM, outreach, funnel management, pipeline tracking, and Field Marketing measurement
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in events, marketing, activations, trade marketing, production, BTL, or related areas
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple vendors, deadlines, and projects simultaneously
- Functional proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong vendor negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Quick problem-solving ability and capacity to work autonomously
- Availability to travel within Mexico City, take trips, and work extended hours on event days
- CRM knowledge is a plus but not required
- No prior Field Marketing expertise needed; the company values potential and learning ability
