NetBox Labs is seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to build and execute field marketing, event, and partner marketing programs. You will serve as the connective tissue between the marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring programs run flawlessly from conception through execution. Key responsibilities include: - Research, develop, and execute field marketing initiatives including conferences, trade shows, and regional events - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns and projects move forward on time and on budget - Organize and coordinate NetBox Labs and industry events with proactive communication to all stakeholders - Partner with the marketing team on co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and shared sponsorships with ecosystem partners - Assist with weekly and monthly marketing program reporting, tracking events, campaigns, registration, and attendance data - Manage event logistics and on-the-ground execution, including venue and vendor coordination, booth setup, and swag distribution You will work closely with the marketing team, sales members, external partners and vendors, and finance and legal teams to ensure successful program delivery. REQUIREMENTS: - 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event coordination, or integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS - Hands-on experience supporting trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, or regional events - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution focus - Proficiency with Google Workspace applications, Zoom, and Slack - Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal) - Proactive communicator and self-starter who manages multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Comfortable coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners at all levels - Willingness to travel for on-site event execution as needed BONUS EXPERIENCE: - Supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs - HubSpot marketing automation tool experience - Experience leveraging Claude or other AI tools in workflows - Background in high-growth software or technology companies
