LiveKit is building the infrastructure layer for voice-driven computing, powering voice AI applications for OpenAI, xAI, Salesforce, Coursera, Spotify, and thousands of others. The company facilitates billions of calls annually.
This Field Marketing Coordinator role owns end-to-end execution of LiveKit's event strategy. Unlike traditional developer-focused marketing that treats events as booth activations, LiveKit's approach is relationship-driven: putting the right builders and buyers in a room to generate pipeline. The team has shipped 35+ events over the past year (dinners, meetups, conference activations) and is now scaling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own complete logistics for regional field events across the US: venue sourcing, vendor management, procurement, and on-site execution
- Run pre- and post-event sales enablement: attendee list hygiene, sales handoff, and follow-up tracking within 48 hours of every event
- Track event KPIs and communicate results clearly to Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Manage swag and event inventory program (sourcing, warehousing, ordering)
- Provide executional support on ABM and Demand Gen campaigns as needed
This is an execution-heavy role focused on logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and follow-up—not strategy or high-level planning. You'll be expected to own events end-to-end from week one in a fast, ambiguous environment.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in event coordination, field marketing, or comparable event-heavy role
- Ability to travel for events across the US
- Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to track, report, and articulate event ROI
- Strong vendor and logistics management skills; comfortable owning budgets and procurement
- Comfortable using AI and marketing tooling to increase output
- Ability to operate independently in a fast, ambiguous environment
Nice to have:
- Experience running events tied to sales pipeline goals (not just brand awareness)
- B2B, dev-tools, or infrastructure company background
- HubSpot or similar marketing automation experience
- Hands-on event logistics experience (e.g., personally managing swag shipments)
