Together AI is seeking a Field Marketing & Community Manager to build and scale account-based field and in-person community programs across priority markets. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, owning programs end-to-end from concept development through post-event analysis. Key responsibilities include: **Account-Based Marketing & Events**: Develop and execute ABM event strategy aligned to priority segments and sales goals. Create repeatable account-based field programs including dinners, roundtables, and customer gatherings. Partner closely with Sales to identify target accounts, stakeholders, and optimal buying-cycle moments. Own account targeting, invitation strategy, registration goals, attendance conversion, and follow-up plans. Ensure every program has clear business objectives and defined next steps. Evaluate performance based on account engagement, pipeline creation/acceleration, and business outcomes. **Community Programs**: Build and scale Together AI's community event strategy across key markets. Develop meetups, technical workshops, partner programs, and other formats for developers, researchers, AI practitioners, customers, and ecosystem partners. Collaborate with DevRel, Research, Product, and Engineering to create genuinely relevant programming. Identify partnership opportunities with customers, investors, technology partners, startups, and community organizations. Build repeatable playbooks while maintaining authentic local community feel. **End-to-End Program Ownership**: Own all aspects from strategy through execution—concept development, audience strategy, venue sourcing, budgeting, vendor management, registration, communications, run-of-show, onsite execution, and follow-up. Manage multiple simultaneous programs while maintaining high quality standards. Support select third-party conferences and industry moments. Partner with Creative and Brand on event identity, design, and experience touchpoints. Develop event briefs, timelines, budgets, staffing plans, and cross-functional workbacks. Manage vendor relationships and contracts. Travel as needed for onsite support. **Measurement & Optimization**: Partner with Marketing Ops, Demand Gen, and Sales to track programs through Salesforce and event technology. Build pre- and post-event reporting showing attendance, account engagement, pipeline impact, and follow-up status. Conduct post-event retrospectives and translate learnings into stronger future programs. Use data and qualitative feedback to recommend investment decisions. **Requirements**: 5–7+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, ABM, or related B2B technology marketing. Proven experience developing and executing account-based programs in close partnership with Sales. Strong understanding of how events support pipeline creation, acceleration, customer expansion, and relationship development. Experience creating community or experiential programs for technical audiences. Strong project management skills with ability to independently manage multiple complex programs simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail and high bar for attendee experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively across Sales, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, DevRel, Research, Creative, Partnerships, and executive stakeholders. Comfortable using Salesforce and event/marketing technology to track performance and business impact. Strong judgment and ability to prioritize based on expected impact. High agency and comfort operating in fast-moving environment with ambiguity. Ability to travel 30–40% based on event schedules, including international travel.
