Simple AI is building state-of-the-art voice AI agents for enterprise, helping iconic businesses like DoorDash, xAI, and Omaha Steaks handle phone operations ranging from customer support and order intake to lead qualification. The company has raised $14M from world-class investors including Y Combinator, First Harmonic, and Massive Tech Ventures. You will serve as Field Marketing Associate, responsible for creating memorable in-person and virtual experiences for customers, prospects, and partners. This is a hands-on operational role focused on planning and executing conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, webinars, partner events, and local activations. Key responsibilities include: - Plan and execute conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, webinars, partner events, and local activations - Build project plans, timelines, budgets, checklists, and run-of-show documents - Coordinate venues, vendors, speakers, catering, travel, signage, collateral, and event technology - Partner with Sales on invitations, attendee targeting, onsite conversations, and follow-up - Represent Simple AI professionally at events and build relationships with customers, prospects, and partners - Manage multiple events and workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail - Create repeatable event playbooks and improve how the team plans and executes future programs - Travel approximately 25% to support events and field programs You will work closely with sales and marketing teams from the San Francisco office. The founders, Catheryn and Zach, previously worked at Y Combinator, Instagram, Facebook, and PEAK6. REQUIREMENTS: - Relevant experience in field marketing, event marketing, community, partnerships, or closely related role - Exceptional organizational and project-management skills - Evidence of personally organizing events, programs, or communities—not merely attending or advising - Strong written and verbal communication - Confidence working with vendors, teammates, executives, customers, and prospects - Proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems before they affect an event - Willingness to work full-time from San Francisco office and travel approximately 25% - No visa sponsorship available for this role NICE TO HAVE: - Experience at a B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth technology company - Experience supporting conferences, executive dinners, webinars, or partner events - Meaningful campus leadership (student organization, entrepreneurship club, conference, fundraiser, student government) - Familiarity with CRM, event-management, or marketing-automation tools - Strong academic record and demonstrated leadership in high-achievement environment
