WorkWhile is a venture-backed marketplace disrupting the $650 billion staffing market by connecting hourly workers with quality shifts and providing businesses access to reliable talent. The company offers workers stable income, next-day pay, free telehealth, and financial services, while helping businesses solve workforce inefficiencies. You will be WorkWhile's first Field Marketer, owning the entire field program end-to-end: selecting events, designing pre- and post-event campaigns, running account-based field programs, and ensuring every event produces measurable pipeline contribution. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing (B2B) and operate as an individual contributor with full ownership of your domain. Key responsibilities include: - Running events as integrated campaigns with pre-event meeting booking, on-floor engagement, and post-event follow-up as one connected program - Selecting the event mix (industry conferences, hosted dinners, roundtables) based on audience fit, cost, and expected ROI - Building account-based field programs aligned with open deals and target accounts, working closely with Sales, SDRs, and Account Management - Creating case studies, one-pagers, and competitive materials that move deals forward - Identifying manual workflows in the event process and building AI-powered tools and templates (invite list enrichment, follow-up drafting) that scale the program without adding headcount - Owning event-sourced pipeline metrics and making data-driven decisions on which events to scale or cut - Keeping Sales, SDRs, and Account Managers informed and aligned on upcoming programs You'll thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a strong bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and obsession with tracking pipeline ROI. The role requires willingness to travel for events. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or integrated marketing experience at a B2B company, ideally growth-stage with a sales-led motion - Proven end-to-end ownership of trade show and conference programs - Experience marketing to non-technical operational buyers (logistics, staffing, hospitality, manufacturing, facilities backgrounds are strong plus) - Campaign-oriented mindset: treating every event as part of a larger campaign with pre- and post-event strategy - Deep expertise in target accounts, their priorities, buying committees, and buying signals - Proficiency with AI tools for productivity and automation (using AI to speed up event workflows, with judgment and quality control) - Ability to identify manual workflows and build tools/templates that others adopt and scale - Strong quality bar for event execution (people, place, programming) - Ownership mentality: setting direction with limited guidance, testing new formats quickly, finding new communities where buyers congregate - Ability to orchestrate across Sales, SDRs, and Account Management teams
