- Run the paid webinar program from topic and speaker selection through promotion, production, and follow-up
- Support planning and execution of a Stepful-hosted flagship event launching in 2027
- Build repeatable playbooks and checklists; experiment with AI tools to streamline event prep and follow-up

- Hands-on experience with lead capture and campaign tagging in CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar)
- Experience running webinars or virtual events from promotion through follow-up
- Scrappy, self-sufficient approach to building processes and tools when infrastructure is lacking
- Strong project management and communication skills with a habit of flagging risks early to partners
- Willingness to travel to events, including during peak fall season
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience running events for healthcare, health system, or HR/workforce audiences
- Track record launching a company's flagship event or customer summit
- Background in EdTech, workforce development, or healthcare
