EliseAI is seeking a Field Enablement Specialist to drive customer adoption of its AI-powered platform in the housing and healthcare sectors. In this role, you will design and deliver tailored, interactive live training sessions and workshops that transform new and existing customers into product experts. You'll work closely with the Director of Operations and customer education team, acting as both trainer and trusted consultant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering customized, interactive training sessions and workshops tailored to each customer's specific workflows and operational needs, rather than using one-size-fits-all approaches
- Conducting on-site consultations to deeply understand how customers' businesses operate, then building training modules that address their unique challenges
- Co-developing AI-powered training tools and customer-specific learning modules in partnership with the customer education team
- Serving as a critical feedback loop between field customers and internal training, customer success, and product teams, driving product improvements based on real-world insights
- Proactively gathering feedback during training sessions and adjusting your approach in real time to address gaps
- Collaborating cross-functionally across the company to ensure training evolves alongside product updates and business needs
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices in training and onboarding, bringing innovative approaches back to the team
- Representing EliseAI to prospective talent and helping attract top-tier team members
- Traveling up to 75% of the time to conduct in-person training sessions with clients
You should have a background in training, customer experience, consulting, or property operations, with a passion for driving adoption and innovation. The ideal candidate is a natural teacher who can make technical products accessible to skeptical stakeholders, has strong consulting instincts to diagnose and customize solutions on the fly, enjoys building and shaping tools rather than executing scripts, and thrives on travel and field work.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required for conducting sessions in both languages)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, coaching, implementation, or consultant role
- Experience in the multifamily/housing industry as a trainer, coach, or onsite team member is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer education resources into live, interactive training for diverse audiences
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time for on-site client training
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex information clearly
- Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn and demonstrate expertise in new products
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and establish trusted advisor relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and deadline management skills
