EliseAI is a venture-backed AI company (recently raised $350M at $4B valuation, led by a16z and Bessemer) focused on deploying agentic AI into housing and healthcare workflows. The company simplifies rental management, lease signing, maintenance requests, appointment scheduling, intake forms, and patient-provider communication.
As Field Enablement Specialist, you will own the in-person adoption experience for customers rolling out AI across their properties. You'll work closely with the Director of Operations and customer education team, serving as both trainer and trusted consultant. Your role is to diagnose how customers' businesses actually work, then build and deliver live programs that turn new users into product experts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver tailored, interactive live training sessions and workshops that give customers deep, working understanding of EliseAI products
- Customize every workshop to specific customer needs rather than running generic presentations
- Partner with the customer education team to develop AI-powered training tools and customer-specific learning modules
- Drive product forward by bringing actionable feedback from the field back to internal teams
- Proactively seek feedback during training sessions, spotting gaps and adjusting approach in real time
- Collaborate cross-functionally with training, customer success, and product teams
- Track industry trends and best practices in training and onboarding
- Represent EliseAI to attract top talent
- Travel up to 75% of the time; this is a field role where best work happens onsite with customers
You should come from a training, customer experience, consulting, or property operations background. You are a natural teacher who can make technical products click for skeptical property managers and turn them into champions. You have consultant instincts—diagnosing how teams work before opening presentations and customizing on the fly. You want to shape training tools and modules, not just execute someone else's script. You thrive on packed travel calendars.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required for conducting sessions in both languages)
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing training, coaching, implementation, or consultant role (experience in multifamily industry as trainer, coach, or onsite team member is a plus)
- Experience translating customer education resources into live, interactive training for diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time for in-person client training
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex information clearly
- Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn and demonstrate expertise in products
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and establish trusted advisor relationships
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
