MinIO is seeking a principal-level Field Architect to lead its Global Systems Integrator (GSI) strategy and shape MinIO's technical influence across the enterprise AI ecosystem. This is a strategic, market-facing leadership role—not a customer implementation position—responsible for establishing MinIO as the data foundation for Enterprise AI through partnerships with major GSIs (Accenture, Capgemini, EY, Deloitte, Kyndryl) and ecosystem leaders like NVIDIA and Databricks.
You will partner directly with MinIO's business-facing GSI leader to own the technical vision, ecosystem influence, and partner technical engagement. Your charter is to architect and evangelize end-to-end AI Factory reference architectures spanning compute, GPU infrastructure, networking, Kubernetes, storage, data platforms, AI frameworks, and orchestration. You'll build trusted relationships with partner CTOs, Chief Architects, Distinguished Engineers, and AI Practice Leaders, driving adoption of repeatable AI Factory architectures and joint offerings.
Key responsibilities include: defining and executing global GSI strategy; architecting AI Factory reference architectures; developing joint offerings and GTM motions with NVIDIA, Databricks, and complementary partners; leading Level 2–3 architectural discussions and technical workshops; representing MinIO at conferences, executive briefings, analyst meetings, and partner events; and providing strategic feedback to Product and Engineering based on ecosystem trends.
You will serve as a recognized thought leader in Enterprise AI, publishing blogs, white papers, and technical content that shapes market direction. This role demands exceptional executive presence, storytelling, whiteboarding, and public speaking skills, with proven ability to influence strategy without direct authority.
