Alamar Biosciences is seeking a Field Application Scientist for the Northeast region to serve as the primary technical and scientific support contact for customers using Alamar's automated proteomics platform. This role bridges commercial and technical functions, reporting to the North American Manager of Field Applications.
Key responsibilities include: providing remote and in-lab product training and evaluations; managing technical support cases and escalations to ensure timely customer resolutions; serving as a foundational team member building technical knowledge bases and support processes to scale with user growth; applying biomarker discovery expertise to guide platform development and positioning; collaborating with internal R&D teams during product development cycles; creating customer training materials and documentation; delivering scientific presentations at conferences and webinars; cultivating relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in coordination with sales, marketing, and R&D; and contributing to CRM/ERP integration efforts.
The ideal candidate brings expertise in instrumentation applications, molecular assays, and biomarker discovery. This is a hands-on role offering significant impact on life science research and early disease diagnosis within a rapidly expanding company. You will work collaboratively across sales, marketing, and R&D teams to support conference presentations, content development, and competitive analysis.
