Neko Health is redefining preventive care through data-driven, non-invasive clinical assessments. The company combines proprietary technology with direct clinical care to identify health risks early and deliver personalized, actionable insights in a single visit under an hour.
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will deliver Neko's preventive-care model to members in New York. You'll use advanced, non-invasive technology (high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support) alongside clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into action plans that members actually follow.
In your first 6–12 months, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive preventive health screenings using Neko's proprietary technology with consistent quality across every member visit
- Create personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data, measured by member follow-through and downstream outcomes
- Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies, measured by member satisfaction and engagement
- Provide clinical oversight and escalation support to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), raising the bar for clinical quality across the clinic
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operators, APPs, and care teams to improve continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience

REQUIREMENTS:
- Active New York State medical license
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ year of post-residency experience
- Recent outpatient experience (at least 1 year within the past 5 years)
- Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment
