Salary: USD 60,000 - 63,000 / annual

You will join as a full-time Associate Therapist providing outpatient mental health services entirely through telehealth. You'll work 100% remotely from your home office, with flexible shift options (10am–7pm ET or 11am–8pm ET, Monday–Friday, no weekends). Your role involves conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, diagnosing mental health and substance abuse conditions, and partnering with clients to achieve therapeutic goals. You'll use telehealth software, video communication tools, and internal platforms daily.
Brave Health serves a diverse patient population, including many on Medicaid, and values clinicians who can provide culturally competent, accessible care. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) receive additional compensation.
Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, PTO, liability insurance coverage, and an annual stipend for professional development and continuing education.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree and current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace at home
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
- Comfort with technology and telehealth platforms
- Experience working collaboratively with clients on goal achievement
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments
