FlixBus is seeking an Expert HR Tech Solution Architect to join the People & Organization Digital Transformation team and shape the company's global HR technology landscape. Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, you will work closely with FlixTech, IT Security, Data Privacy, and HR teams across multiple time zones to architect, integrate, and govern Flix's complex, multi-entity, multi-country HR technology ecosystem. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and evolving Flix's target HR technology architecture across core HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, talent, recruiting, and document management systems, balancing global standards with local requirements across multiple countries. - Leading global HRIS transformation initiatives, including platform revamps, redesigns, and potential migrations. This involves evaluating technology options, building business cases, structuring programs with project plans and risk frameworks, and driving execution through solution design, integrations, testing, cutover, and stabilization. - Defining HR technology integrations and data flows between HRIS and enterprise systems, determining data movement patterns and integration approaches including REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, SFTP, middleware, and event-driven architectures. - Establishing and evolving HR technology governance and control frameworks, including system ownership, security and role-model design, least privilege and segregation of duties, audit trails, change/release governance, internal controls, and GDPR-aligned data privacy for audit and IPO readiness. - Acting as a bridge between HR functional and technology teams, translating business requirements into target-state solutions and executable designs, and driving global HR technology implementation projects from requirements through go-live. You will bring 8+ years of HR technology transformation, HRIS, solution architecture, or HRIS delivery experience, with a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field. Strong HR domain expertise is essential, with deep understanding of how core HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, talent, recruiting, and surrounding enterprise systems integrate across global HR landscapes. Demonstrable experience driving end-to-end HRIS transformations, including major redesigns, platform revamps, and migrations, is a key differentiator. You possess strong integration and systems architecture knowledge, including REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, SFTP, middleware, data flows, and event-driven architectures in complex enterprise environments. Experience designing HR target operating models, HR service-delivery models, and technology governance frameworks in regulated, multi-country environments is highly valued.
