Enable is a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company that provides an intelligent platform for pricing and rebate management. The company has secured $291M in Series A-D funding and acquired Flintfox in 2025, positioning it for significant continued growth. As an Experienced QA Engineer, you will be a vital component of Enable's product and customer delivery engineering teams, reporting to the Engineering Manager. You will design and execute comprehensive tests on product features and bug fixes identified in sprints before release, ensuring quality delivery across the platform. Key responsibilities include: - Analyzing requirements and designing test plans for features and bug fixes - Prioritizing and executing functional, regression, UI, backend (API, database), and automated testing - Performing system testing on an ongoing basis to identify errors and bugs - Promptly reporting, triaging, and monitoring bugs through resolution - Collaborating with engineering, professional services, and UX teams to align test expectations - Participating in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies - Proposing improvements to testing processes and system functionality - Implementing greater test coverage with clear, repeatable test cases - Mentoring new QA engineers as the role develops - Providing timely test progress updates You should have 2+ years of software testing experience with broad exposure to functional, system, usability, and regression testing. Required skills include familiarity with test management tools (ADO, JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail), database concepts and SQL, API testing, and test automation exposure. Experience with various tech stacks (C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and understanding of system architecture documentation is expected. Preferred qualifications include testing certifications (ISTQB, RST, MoT), test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress), ERP system testing, and CI/CD familiarity. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality. You should be comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
