Rapyd is a global fintech platform unifying payments, payouts, and financial services across 150+ countries. This Finance Data Analyst role is based in the Bogotá office and focuses on designing and building data-driven solutions that automate and transform regional Finance and Billing processes across Latin America.
You will leverage expertise in Python, SQL, and data engineering to replace manual workflows, reduce reconciliation errors, and improve the reliability of financial data across multiple legal entities. Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and maintain Python applications, services, and automations to streamline Finance and Billing processes across Rapyd LATAM
- Design, manage, and optimize relational databases and data warehouse models, ensuring data quality, integrity, and scalability
- Write efficient SQL queries to support financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, and operational analysis
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, data models, and self-service analytics in Tableau or Looker to provide real-time business insights
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and production support
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen financial controls through technology
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, including data models, integration specifications, process flows, and operational runbooks
This is a high-impact individual contributor role where your pipelines and dashboards will directly support the scalability of Rapyd's finance operations throughout Latin America. You'll work with modern data tools and have the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements in financial processes across the region.
