Regard is seeking an Executive Director to lead enterprise sales strategy and execution into large US health systems. You will own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through contracting—for a strategic portfolio of accounts, with a focus on consultative selling and business case development.
Regard's AI-driven clinical co-pilot technology analyzes patient medical records to recommend diagnoses in real time at the point of care and during population-wide screening. You will work with top-tier health systems to demonstrate how Regard's technology delivers measurable ROI and clinical impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full sales cycle ownership from prospecting through contracting
- Strategic account management and revenue generation for enterprise prospects
- Deep discovery and consultative positioning as a trusted strategic partner
- Building compelling business cases tailored to each prospect's challenges and goals
- Multithreading and consensus-building across clinical and financial leadership (CFO, CMIO, COO, CIO, VP Revenue Cycle, Director-level stakeholders)
- Executive-level selling and strategic deal navigation
- Collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership on process refinement
- 30% travel requirement

Requirements:
- 5+ years selling software to major health systems ($800M+ net patient revenue)
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles and engage C-suite executives (CFO, CMIO, COO, CIO) and VP/Director-level decision makers
- Experience selling novel healthcare technology focused on clinical efficiency and patient safety
- Ability to build tailored business cases, multithread, and build consensus across financial and clinical stakeholders
- Located within 50 miles of a major airport; willing to travel 30% of the time
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in revenue cycle and/or AI-driven clinical co-pilot technologies
- Experience selling documentation, patient safety, CDI, revenue cycle, or clinical workflow solutions
- Proven success in high-growth startup environments (early stage preferred)
- Existing relationships with C-suite executives in health systems
