Roblox is seeking an Executive Business Partner to provide strategic operational support to the Chief Creator Ecosystem Officer and Senior Director of Creator Product. This role sits within the Administration team and serves as a trusted operational proxy for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to C-suite and senior director level leaders, managing complex calendars and protecting focus time for strategic priorities
- Serve as an operational proxy, anticipating needs, optimizing executive time, and ensuring effective delegation
- Drive continuous process improvement across the organization, identifying broken systems and redesigning them rather than simply executing existing processes
- Plan and execute impactful team events, including off-sites, team building, and recognition programs
- Maintain team communication channels, meeting notes, project plans, goals, and group tasks
- Manage confidential organizational changes with discretion, including sensitive people movements and information flow
- Engage in frequent written and verbal correspondence with high-profile external partners and clients
- Manage executive approvals for expenses, purchase orders, headcount, and vendor contracts while ensuring adherence to budgets and company policies
- Collaborate across teams to support company-wide projects and goals
- Handle operational fundamentals including expense reports, travel planning, and administrative requests
- Mentor colleagues across departments and actively contribute to hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Work hybrid schedule at San Mateo office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite; Monday and Friday optional)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years in a direct executive support role
- Demonstrated ability to lead org-level process improvements—identifying and redesigning broken systems, not just executing existing ones
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish with minimal direction
- Experience handling confidential organizational information with discretion and integrity
- Excellent judgment and exceptional attention to detail; ability to know when to act, escalate, or push back
- Strong team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist colleagues
- Seasoned in supporting C-suite and senior product leaders in fast-moving, matrixed environments
- Calm, composed, and decisive under pressure with ability to reprioritize quickly
- Exceptionally organized and dependable
- Curiosity about technology and product development; bias toward applying new tools including AI workflows
- Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
