ixigo is seeking a Business Development Operations Executive to join the Hotels Supply Operations team. This is an end-to-end execution role focused on seamlessly onboarding hotel partners onto the ixigo platform and ensuring rapid, high-quality go-live.
You will serve as the critical bridge between Business Development Managers and the platform, owning the entire partner activation lifecycle from contract signature through live property listing. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
**Seamless Partner Onboarding:** Coordinate with hotel partners and BDMs to collect and verify KYC, legal, and commercial documentation. Set up hotel profiles on the ixigo extranet/CMS with complete accuracy across policies, taxes, and amenities. Drive properties through the internal pipeline to meet defined Service Level Agreements.
**Content Excellence & Quality Control:** Curate and upload high-quality property photos and descriptions. Perform rigorous quality audits on listings to ensure room types, rates, and inventory are correctly mapped. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues during onboarding. Monitor competitor listings to maintain content superiority.
**Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with BDMs to streamline the pipeline and provide activation status updates. Meet or call hotel partners to guide them through the platform and ensure effective listing management. Confirm all bookings and address booking-related issues. Provide extranet training to hoteliers during and after onboarding.
This role demands high ownership, agility, and attention to detail. You will manage multiple property onboardings simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and ensuring a lightning-fast speed-to-market.
**Requirements:**
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Supply Operations, Listing Management, or Business Development within OTA or Hospitality industry
- Clear understanding of hotel distribution (OTA extranets, inventory management, content standards)
- "Get-things-done" mindset with ability to manage multiple concurrent onboardings without compromising detail
- Comfortable with CMS tools, CRM software, and Excel for data tracking
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate between internal teams and external partners
- Graduate degree in any stream (Hospitality or Business Management background preferred)
- Responsibility for safeguarding sensitive company data and reporting security incidents per ISMS policies
