You will report to the Executive Operations Manager and serve as a trusted partner to the Co-Founder & President and CFO. This role goes beyond traditional executive support—you'll build strong relationships with both executives, understand their priorities and working styles, and help them make the most of their time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day executive support: manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, protect focus time, and anticipate needs based on each executive's priorities and working style
- Support inbox management, draft communications, and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate agendas, briefing materials, and action items for leadership meetings, board meetings, investor discussions, and other important engagements
- Coordinate business travel, transportation, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Take ownership of projects across Corporate Strategy, Finance, and the broader business
- Build strong relationships with teams the executives lead, improving communication and coordination
- Handle sensitive financial, personnel, and strategic information with professionalism and discretion
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, streamline workflows, and use AI and automation to increase efficiency
This is a hands-on role for someone proactive, highly organized, and excited to take ownership. You'll be equally comfortable managing day-to-day details and jumping into larger projects, with the judgment to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. As part of the Executive Operations team, you'll help build better systems and create more effective ways of supporting leaders as Nourish scales.
Location: NYC-based with expectation of working in the office 4-5 days per week. Occasional travel is expected for offsites and company events.
