Bitpanda, a Series C fintech unicorn founded in 2014, is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic operational partner to C-suite leadership in Vienna. This role sits at the heart of decision-making, bridging strategic priorities with day-to-day execution across one of Europe's leading investment platforms.
Key responsibilities include providing high-level administrative and operational support directly to executive leadership; managing complex, fast-changing calendar schedules, expense reporting, and international travel arrangements with precision; acting as a primary liaison between leadership and stakeholders while organizing cross-departmental meetings and all-hands sessions; assisting in preparing and reviewing executive presentations, strategic documents, and internal communications; and collaborating with the wider EA team on company initiatives while maintaining absolute discretion with confidential information.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support to C-level or executive stakeholders. Native or full business fluency in both German and English is strictly required. You must demonstrate the ability to manage confidential information with extreme discretion and rapidly switch tasks in a dynamic context. This position requires 100% on-site presence in Vienna, five days per week, and is not eligible for remote work arrangements.
