Salary: USD 105,000 - 145,000 / annual
Parachute Health is the leading digital ordering platform for medical equipment and supplies, connecting 300,000+ clinicians and 3,000+ supplier locations across all 50 states. The company has helped 15M+ patients access life-saving products at home.
You will be Parachute's first dedicated Events Marketing Manager, owning strategy and execution across 65+ industry conferences and events annually, spanning four buyer segments: HME suppliers, clinicians, health systems, and payers. This is a strategy-plus-execution role combining portfolio planning with hands-on event delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and own the annual events portfolio strategy: which events to attend, investment tier, and alignment with lead generation and brand goals across all four buyer segments
- Manage the events budget, recommending where to increase, hold, or cut spend
- Execute events end-to-end: logistics, booth/asset management, staffing coordination, and on-site presence
- Partner with Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Account Management to ensure leads flow into effective campaigns and timely follow-up
- Own lead capture, ROI tracking, and attribution for events, closing visibility gaps between event spend and pipeline
- Lead design and execution of Parachute-owned events, including customer advisory boards
- Manage external vendors (asset storage/shipping, lead capture tools, contract event staff)
- Support Sales and Account Management with merchandise and collateral for key accounts
You'll report to the SVP Marketing and partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and customer-facing leadership. This role involves 20-40% travel, with multiple conferences often occurring in the same week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience managing budget and strategy for both industry conferences and owned/hosted events
- Demonstrated ability to translate event spend into ROI: lead generation, growth within existing accounts, and brand awareness
- Hands-on experience with lead capture tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), including routing and follow-up workflows
- High agency and bias toward action; ability to keep things moving independently
- Creative marketing background with proven experience building campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities (normal for this role)
- Healthcare experience (DME/HME, homecare, health systems, physician groups, or health plans) is a plus
- Comfort managing vendors and using technology/AI tools to work faster and more effectively
