Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 / annual

The company integrates AI agents into existing workflows to reduce manual work, improve accessibility, and enhance user experience across essential services. As Events Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of B2B events—from strategy and planning through execution and ROI analysis. You'll manage industry conferences, hosted events, and client experiences that drive business growth and reinforce brand positioning. Key responsibilities include: • Planning and executing industry, hosted, and client events aligned with business objectives and target audiences • Managing onsite and remote event logistics, vendor coordination, and sponsorship negotiations • Researching and identifying relevant industry events; proposing new opportunities based on strategic fit • Developing event budgets, marketing plans, and managing execution within approved parameters • Leading onsite teams to build customer relationships that support sales objectives • Collaborating with sales, design, and content teams on collateral, booth design, and event materials • Engaging external partners (PR agencies, think tanks) to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership • Analyzing event data and ROI to measure program effectiveness and inform future strategy You'll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll help scale event programs from the ground up. The role requires 4+ years of B2B event marketing or field marketing experience, strong project management skills, proficiency with Salesforce and Excel, and a results-driven mindset. You must be comfortable working in-office 4–5 days per week in NYC and thrive in collaborative, iterative environments.
