Cresta is an AI platform that combines conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation, and conversation intelligence to drive revenue and efficiency across customer service channels. Founded by Stanford AI Lab alumni and backed by a16z, Greylock, and Sequoia, Cresta serves leading companies including United Airlines, Cox Communications, and Marriott.
You will join Cresta's Revenue Marketing team as Event & Field Marketing Manager, owning strategy, execution, and performance across a high-volume portfolio of field marketing programs. This role is not about events for their own sake—field marketing is a meaningful pipeline channel at Cresta, and you'll partner closely with Sales to determine investment priorities, target accounts and audiences, and measure how programs contribute to pipeline creation and acceleration.
You'll typically own 8–10+ programs per quarter, taking them from initial strategy through execution, Sales follow-up, measurement, and optimization. Your responsibilities include:
• Build and execute field marketing programs aligned to regional Sales priorities, target accounts, and pipeline goals
• Set program KPIs, track sourced and influenced pipeline, measure conversion and ROI, and translate results into clear recommendations
• Work with Sales before, during, and after programs on account targeting, attendance, meetings, follow-up, and opportunity acceleration
• Manage a high-volume portfolio across tradeshows, executive dinners, roadshows, customer programs, regional activations, and partner events
• Own programs end-to-end: strategy, budgets, vendors, contracts, promotion, attendee experience, onsite execution, and post-event reporting
• Evaluate program performance, forecast spend, identify trade-offs, and shift investment toward programs driving the strongest business impact
• Partner with Demand Gen, Digital, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to drive attendance and engagement across target accounts
• Bring new ideas and formats to differentiate Cresta and create meaningful experiences for customers and prospects
• Develop processes and workflows that allow the field marketing motion to scale as Cresta grows
• Partner with Cresta executives and Sales leaders on messaging, speaker preparation, executive experiences, and customer engagement
This is a remote role supporting the East region. Cresta strongly prefers candidates currently based on the U.S. East Coast but is open to candidates in the Central U.S. who can easily support Eastern time zones and regional travel. The role requires approximately 20–30% travel, with heavier travel during peak event seasons.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 3–5+ years of B2B field marketing, regional marketing, event marketing, or integrated campaign experience
• Experience owning field programs end-to-end, from strategy through execution and measurement
• Comfortable managing 8–10+ concurrent programs per quarter in a fast-moving environment
• Strong understanding of pipeline, revenue attribution, conversion, and event ROI
• Proven experience partnering directly with Sales on account targeting, program strategy, and follow-up
• Experience managing program budgets, vendors, contracts, and competing priorities
• Strong communicator who can work effectively across Sales, Marketing, executives, agencies, and external partners
• Currently based in the Eastern or Central U.S., with a strong preference for East Coast
• Willing and able to travel approximately 20–30%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or startup environment
• Experience with AI, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or adjacent enterprise technology
• Experience supporting enterprise or strategic Sales teams
• Experience with ABM/account-based field marketing programs
• Previous Sales/SDR experience or strong understanding of enterprise Sales processes
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and field marketing/event tools such as Mobly
