As a Collections Specialist, you will execute collections activities across various delinquency stages, from pre-suspension of the first invoice through 3+ invoices overdue. The goal is to achieve recovery objectives while maintaining optimal service experience through customer support and friction resolution. Each interaction should demonstrate the value of Nubox products and encourage customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned customer portfolio to resolve delinquencies and retain customers
- Contact assigned customers, resolve friction points, and offer consultative solutions for debt resolution
- Track payment commitments, ensuring compliance with billing and contract agreements
- Accurately record payment commitments and management results in HubSpot
- Maintain updated customer contact data to maximize effective contact rates
- Coordinate with other departments on proposal delivery and current customer service
Role KPIs:
- Direct metrics: Recovery Rate, Contact Rate, Journey Rate, CSAT
- Business impact metrics: NRR, Overdue UF, Churn
Requirements:
Must Have:
- 1–2 years of experience as a collections agent
- Experience in B2B outbound customer service
- Customer portfolio management and commitment tracking
- CRM experience (HubSpot)
Nice to Have:
- SaaS or technology industry experience
- Basic knowledge of invoicing or accounting
- Familiarity with AI tools
