Grüns, a fast-growing nutrition brand, is seeking an ERP Transformation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This is a key individual contributor role on a small, high-impact tech team within a fully remote organization.
You will serve as the business owner for the D365 F&O migration, responsible for defining business requirements, mapping end-to-end workflows across procure-to-pay, month-end close, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report processes. You'll document current processes, identify standardization opportunities versus customization needs, and design comprehensive solution architectures including system integrations, data management, and application security.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading architecture, design, implementation, and phase 2 rollout of D365 F&O aligned to business objectives and industry best practices
- Designing and executing business validation and UAT, including cross-functional test scenarios and subject matter expert engagement
- Partnering with implementation partners to ensure built solutions match design specifications
- Driving change management through training and team enablement on the new system
- Evaluating D365 AI capabilities and other tools to improve efficiency
- Ensuring ERP-supported processes maintain internal controls and company policy compliance
- Advocating for configuration over customization to maintain system upgrade capability
- Supporting special projects tied to operational excellence and growth
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Finance, Ops, and Data teams in a high-trust remote environment with biannual in-person off-sites. The role requires moving fluidly between executive-level architecture discussions and hands-on delivery, with a bias toward shipping while knowing which corners cannot be cut.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years in finance, accounting, or operations with deep understanding of business operations and financial processes
- 3+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or equivalent ERP solutions
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of D365 F&O with ability to design solutions across multiple business functions and end-to-end enterprise processes
- Deep experience across assessment, analysis, business case development, solution envisioning, planning, deployment, and benefits realization
- Ability to move fluidly between executive-level architecture discussions and hands-on delivery
- Experience in CPG, DTC, or retail operations; supplements or food and beverage is a plus
- Microsoft D365 F&O Financials certifications (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or related field
- Comfort with process discipline as a feature, not bureaucracy
- Fluency with AI tools for documentation, test case generation, and analysis
- Strong documentation practices and ability to own ambiguity
