Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an ERP Technical Support Engineer to support their Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP system. The role encompasses both technical support and implementation work across Re:Build's manufacturing operations, which span aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy, and robotics verticals.
Key responsibilities include delivering ERP system solutions across the full stack—system and security configurations, reporting, DataViews, integrations, data loads, forms, document/label printing, disaster recovery, and business continuity. You will analyze business requirements (functional, performance, availability, security), design solutions, configure and develop per specifications, conduct testing across all phases (unit, integration, system, UAT), and manage deployment packages.
On the support side, you'll provide Tier 3 technical support (and Tier 1/2 as needed) for deployed solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, maintain system documentation and user guides, deliver training, perform system updates and patching, ensure data quality and integrity, and identify continuous improvement opportunities. You'll collaborate with power users, functional leads, project managers, and technical teams using a systems approach and one-team mentality. The role includes occasional travel to Re:Build manufacturing sites.
Required experience includes solid hands-on expertise with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and SyteLine 10, including system administration, Infor OS, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, enhancements, customizations, and implementations. Technical skills must span CSI Mongoose development, integration/APIs/ION, Forms development, Workflows, Reporting, Infor Data Views, Infor Data Lake, IDOs, SQL, environment cloning, Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, ASP.NET/MVC, Web Services/APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery. Strong working knowledge of business processes (finance, purchasing, manufacturing) supported by CSI is essential.
