Salary: CAD 68,850 - 118,450 / annual
Vena Solutions is seeking an EPM Implementation Consultant to support the deployment of its financial planning and analysis platform for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the Vena product, from initiation through close-out, ensuring customer success and adoption.
Key responsibilities include:
- Configure data models, financial templates, and reports to meet customer requirements
- Integrate data from customer systems and establish automated workflows
- Participate in on-site and virtual workshops to gather business and technical requirements
- Deliver against customer satisfaction and time-to-value metrics
- Enable customers to adopt the product and maximize value through excellent communication and training
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Proactively communicate issues and risks as they arise
- Travel as required to support customer implementations
- Demonstrate a self-starter mentality, continuously learning the product and asking thoughtful questions
This is a flexible role with options to work full-time from the Toronto office, hybrid throughout the week, or entirely remotely.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, and/or Software Implementation
- Passion for learning new technology and improving business processes
- Resourcefulness and initiative in finding answers and solving problems
- Excellent communication skills; ability to ask thoughtful questions and understand customer needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and present effectively to all organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
- Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Data integration and data modeling experience, or willingness to learn
- Experience or knowledge of database management (ETL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
