Salary: GBP 44,000 - 56,000 / annual
Vena Solutions is seeking an EPM Associate Consultant to support the implementation of the Vena product for enterprise customers. This is a flexible role with options to work full-time in the London office, hybrid throughout the week, or entirely remotely within the UK.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing customer implementations from initiation to close, including configuring data models, building financial templates and reports, integrating customer data systems, and setting up automated workflows. You will actively participate in on-site and virtual workshops to gather business and technical requirements, and enable customers to adopt the product and maximize their Vena investment through excellent communication and support.
You will work closely with Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget, proactively communicating any issues. The role requires a self-starter mentality with a hands-on approach to learning the product and asking thoughtful questions. Travel as required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Accounting, and/or Software Implementation
- Passion for continuously learning new technology and improving business processes
- Resourcefulness and eagerness to learn and grow; takes initiative to find answers
- Excellent communication skills; proactively asks thoughtful questions and demonstrates understanding of customer needs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and present effectively with all organizational levels
- Experience applying problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Data Integration and data modeling experience, or willingness to learn
- Experience or knowledge of database management (ETL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
