Revolut is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to identify, launch, and scale new products at 10x speed. This is a high-impact role for a visionary entrepreneur who will own the entire journey of new product bets—from business strategy and product development through GTM planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new products from scratch or lead turnarounds of existing underperforming initiatives - Own the full product P&L, including product strategy, revenue modeling, growth, and optimization - Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation through design, development, launch, growth, and maintenance - Build and lead a high-performing team, setting goals, roadmaps, and conducting regular 1:1s to maintain talent standards - Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and FinCrime teams to ensure effective delivery About Revolut: Founded in 2015, Revolut is a fintech powerhouse with 75+ million customers and 13,000+ employees globally. The company offers a comprehensive suite of financial products including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel services. Revolut is certified as a Great Place to Work and is building a global financial super app. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in STEM or another highly quantitative field from a top-tier university - 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment at a high-growth tech startup, top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or similar organization - 2+ years of startup experience as a founder or co-founder - Hands-on experience developing and launching tech/digital products from scratch in core functions such as product, engineering, strategy & operations - Proven track record of hiring and directly managing a team of 10+ individuals - Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills Nice to Have: - Experience raising funding from recognized PE/VC firms or admission to Y Combinator - Master's degree from a top-tier university - Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R - Experience or interest in financial services
