As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will be a core member of the technical sales team, responsible for scaling ElevenLabs' voice AI platform across a growing enterprise customer base. You'll work at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, collaborating directly with Account Executives and customer technical teams to architect bespoke solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic collaboration with Account Executives on technical aspects of the sales process
- Direct engagement with customer technical contacts to provide tailored support and solution architecture
- Creating compelling technical demonstrations that communicate product value
- Developing technical enablement resources to amplify sales team effectiveness
- Building self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation
- Identifying patterns in common integrations and working with product teams to productize solutions
You should have a strong technical background with proficiency in Python, deep understanding of software development and architecture, and experience with integration patterns. Customer-facing experience is valued (including student clubs or side projects). You'll excel if you're passionate about AI, enjoy iterating on solutions with customers, can identify scalable patterns, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams is essential.
