As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will work within a driven team to unlock the full potential of the voice AI platform for a growing customer base. Your mission is to efficiently scale technical solutions to many enterprise customers, both directly and by improving internal processes and supporting sales teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- Working directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
- Crafting compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition
- Creating technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
- Building self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently
- Identifying opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features, and working with product teams to realize them

REQUIREMENTS:
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers, iterate on solutions, and provide tailored support
- Talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled
- Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams
- Strong technical background to help customers architect integrations between ElevenLabs solutions and their existing systems
- Experience working with customers (including student clubs or side projects acceptable if demonstrating genuine interest in technical customer engagement)
- Proficiency in Python, including deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
