This role is an Enterprise Account Executive focused on leading revenue growth across the Americas (NORAM and LATAM regions). You will own the full enterprise sales cycle from territory planning and prospecting through stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and contract execution. The position is exclusively focused on acquiring new enterprise customers among gaming companies, digital platforms, marketplaces, and technology organizations facing increasing regulatory pressure around youth safety, privacy, and age assurance. Customer expansion and renewals are managed by the Customer Success team after close.
Key responsibilities include identifying and prospecting new enterprise customers, building and managing a qualified pipeline through targeted outreach and account-based selling, engaging senior stakeholders across product, legal, compliance, trust and safety, security, and engineering teams, leading complex sales cycles from initial outreach through negotiation and contract execution, and delivering compelling executive-level presentations demonstrating k-ID's value in privacy-preserving age verification and regulatory readiness. You will consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual new logo revenue targets and navigate procurement, legal review, security assessments, and data protection diligence processes. Additionally, you will identify high-impact verticals and priority accounts within gaming, social media, marketplaces, fintech, and app ecosystems, track regulatory developments including COPPA, US state-level privacy legislation, youth online safety mandates, app store policy shifts, and Canadian privacy frameworks, provide structured market feedback to product and leadership teams, and position k-ID as foundational compliance infrastructure within enterprise digital environments. You will maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, manage pipeline forecasting and revenue projections, and provide structured deal updates to leadership.
