Qualtrics is seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead the sales organization in Japan. You will manage a team of 6-8 Enterprise Account Executives focused on closing large, strategic deals with major organizations using Qualtrics' Experience Management (XM) platform. Key responsibilities include: - Lead and develop a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals, providing coaching on sales strategy, pipeline management, and opportunity management - Recruit, retain, and nurture experienced sales professionals with strong performance histories - Build and implement annual strategic plans to drive enterprise sales growth in the Japan market - Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and prospects at all organizational levels - Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as executive sponsor on enterprise-level deals - Maintain deep knowledge of Qualtrics' solution offerings and competitive landscape - Collaborate with internal teams (Professional Services, Implementation, Product) to secure large enterprise engagements - Serve as a senior management member to grow the Japanese market - Provide skill training on complex sales motions, legal considerations, and quarterly forecasting You will be expected to exceed quarterly team quotas through metric-based skill development and internal team management. The role requires up to 50% travel. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher - 6-8 years of individual enterprise-level SaaS sales experience - 2+ years managing an enterprise-level sales team - Proven track record of leading teams to breakthrough results and exceeding quotas - Experience with MEDDIC sales processes and Salesforce.com - Strong negotiation skills and experience with complex contract management - Native-level Japanese language skills and business-level English proficiency - Ability to travel up to 50%
